Phoenix Pro Connect is partnering with a high-growth CPA firm to find a Senior Tax Reviewer who is ready to join a supportive, easygoing, and professional team. This role offers the rare opportunity to work a 9-to-5 schedule in a great working environment. You'll play a pivotal role in reviewing, finalizing, and approving corporate and individual tax returns while contributing to the success of a high-performing firm. International tax experience is a significant plus , given the firm's diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Tax Review and Approval

Conduct thorough reviews of corporate and individual tax returns, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing clear, professional advice and proactive tax planning strategies.

Lead and mentor a team of tax preparers and intake staff, fostering a collaborative and high-quality work environment.

Stay current with federal, state, and international tax regulations and implement best practices.
