Shift Differentials To be eligible for shift differentials you must work 4 hours into the shift time to get the differentials ( Monday - Thursday 3p - 11p = $4.50 per hour and 11p-7a = $4.75, Friday - Sunday 11p - 7a = $7.00 per hour, or Saturday - Sunday 7a - 3p = $6.00 per hour and 3p - 11p = $6.50 per hour )
