Become a vital member of our 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit, where you will provide exceptional care for a diverse patient population, including :
Post-operative patients from craniotomies for bleed evacuation, AVMs, and tumor resections.Patients undergoing cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine surgeries.Individuals dealing with hemorrhagic and ischemic strokes, within our Comprehensive Stroke Program.Your Role :
Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based patient care using the nursing process.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide safe, compassionate care.Apply critical thinking and skilled communication to optimize patient outcomes.Why Join Us?

Assess patient needs and develop personalized care plans, involving patients and families in the process.Monitor patient conditions, responding promptly to significant changes and collaborating with the healthcare team.Implement patient safety strategies and manage discharge plans effectively.Promote a culture of safety, reporting concerns promptly and participating in quality improvement initiatives.Qualifications :
Registered Nurse license in the state of practice and BLS certification.Completion of an accredited nursing program.One year of clinical nursing experience preferred.Physical Requirements :
