Assignment Duration : 36 weeks

Schedule : 40 hours per week

Local Pay Rate : $55 / hr

Travel Pay Rate : $40 / hr + $20 / hr Lodging & Meals

About the Role

We're seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team and support students in achieving their fullest potential. In this role, you'll conduct evaluations, develop individualized therapy plans, and deliver services that help students succeed in their educational environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform student evaluations and assessments.

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.

Deliver direct therapy services in accordance with each student's plan of care.

Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.

Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student success.

Qualifications

Current Occupational Therapist licensure in the state of Arizona (required).

At least 1 year of professional OT experience (preferred).

Familiarity with pediatric and school-based therapy (preferred).

Current CPR certification (if applicable).

Completion of TB Questionnaire , PPD , or Chest X-ray (if applicable).

Current Health Certificate (per contract / state regulation).

Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements .

Must be 18 years or older .
