$50,000 - $60,000 base + generous commission structure (no glass ceiling) $75,000-$90,000 first year, second year $100,000+

We are now hiring an Account Executive to join our internal team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment and brings an entrepreneurial mindset, strong drive, and competitive spirit. The Account Executive will partner closely with clients to support their growth, improve performance, and uphold service and quality standards.
You will have a seat at the table with key decision-makers, guiding them on how to build stronger, more effective teams. You will serve as a consultative partner and trusted resource, ensuring we deliver the right talent quickly and with precision.
What You’ll Do :
- Build and maintain powerful, long-lasting client relationships by understanding company’s business goals and delivering talent solutions that move the needle.
- Drive new business growth through proactive outbound sales efforts, including engaging warm leads, initiating conversations, and demonstrating the value of our services to earn client partnerships.
- Establish trust and influence through proactive communication, follow-through, and genuine partnership with clients and key decision-makers.
- Ensure only top-tier talent is presented to clients by thoroughly reviewing candidate qualifications, assessing fit, and confirming alignment with the client’s needs and expectations.
- Review all recruitment presentations with a critical eye, verifying references, validating reasons for leaving, and addressing any potential concerns before candidates are presented to clients.
- Collaborate with marketing to drive client engagement, increase visibility, and support local revenue growth.
- Analyze quarterly revenue, costs, and collection reports, identify trends, create action plans, and partner with clients to implement improvements.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure all client concerns are resolved promptly, professionally, and with a white-glove approach.
- Provide clients with thoughtful, accurate, and timely performance feedback that builds trust and drives results.
