Location : Corning, NY Onsite

Rate Range : $18-20 / hr.

Title : IT Desktop Support

Job Description

Candidate Requirements

  • 1+ years of IT support experience is required.
  • Open to recent graduates , but must still have minimum 1 year of hands-on support experience.
  • Strong willingness to learn and grow is highly valued by HM.
  • Must demonstrate good work ethic , reliability, and strong listening / communication skills .
  • Background in customer support is acceptable if they can transition into IT support.

1. Active Directory

  • Manage groups
  • Basic account troubleshooting
  • Add / remove users
  • Reset passwords

    • 2. Windows 11 Deployment + Support

  • Troubleshooting Windows 11 issues
  • Handling upgrades and migrations
  • Imaging, installation, configuration

    • 3. Cisco VPN / Citrix Support

  • Diagnosing VPN drops
  • Citrix login / application issues
  • Helping users connect

    • Nice to Have : (Not Mandatory)

  • CompTIA A+, Network+
  • Mobile device support
  • USB / PXE imaging
  • Smart-Hands experience (network room assistance, cable tracing, access points, etc.)
