Our client is looking for a IT Support Tech with experience supporting warehouse and office end-users and systems. This is a 3+ month contract to possible hire opportunity based in McDonough, GA. We are looking for 2nd shfit M-F 2pm-10pm only. Some overtime and flexibility of hours is needed for possible weekend, and holiday work.

Qualifications :

• Must have 3+ years of troubleshooting hardware and software issues for staff, maintaining network stability, managing and monitoring warehouse management systems (WMS), and providing technical support for devices like scanners and automated systems.
• certification is a plus, not a must.
• Strong and professional communication skills.
• Be able to work additional hours, overtime, and possibly weekends.
• "Can do " attitude and flexible personality.

Monday to Friday : 2 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM EST

Pay Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC : $24 / hour to $26 / hour. Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training and / or experience.
