Unit Details : Beds : 15

Staffing Ratios : 1 : 2

Shifts : Day & night with Intensivist, RN, Desk Tech, RT (plus Case Management & Dietary on days)

EMR : Meditech

Equipment : General cardiac / respiratory monitoring, CRRT, temporary pacemaker (TPT) placement, ventilators

Must Have :

Strong assessment and critical thinking skills

Ability to perform under pressure

Proficiency in IV starts, blood draws, patient monitoring

Preferred : CRRT experience

APHON certification (a plus but not required)
