Position Details

Job Title : Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)
Location : Gloucester County, NJ
Employment Type : Full-Time, Part-Time, Per Diem
Compensation : Competitive pay starting at $20 per hour
Sign-On Bonus : Generous sign-on bonuses available

Available Schedules

We have openings for the following shifts on Saturday & Sunday :

7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM

Reliable transportation is required. Please indicate your preferred schedule when applying.

Key Responsibilities

Personal Care : Assist patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, skincare, and mobility support.

Meal Preparation : Plan and prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs.

Household Assistance : Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment for patients.

Documentation : Accurately record patient care activities using Celltrak.

Team Collaboration : Report changes in patient conditions to RN Case Managers.

Qualifications

Certification : Valid NJ Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) in good standing.

Communication Skills : Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating fluently in English.

Physical Requirements : Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.

Travel : Willingness to travel within Gloucester County.
