Job Description
Oversee multifamily construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. Manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, and quality control. Coordinate architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams. Ensure projects comply with safety regulations and company standards. Track project progress, prepare reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders. Resolve on-site issues and proactively manage risks to avoid delays or cost overruns. Lead project meetings, document decisions, and maintain accurate records. Support project closeout, including punch lists, inspections, and final documentation.
