What We're Looking For :

We’re seeking an experienced Corporate Markets Attorney with a strong background representing issuers and investors in private capital markets. You’ll be working closely with clients to structure complex transactions, advise on equity matters, and draft critical governance documents.

✅ Must-Have Qualifications :

• Active Pennsylvania Bar license

8+ years of legal experience in :

Salary commensurate with candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
