Are you a dedicated nursing professional looking to make a meaningful impact? As a Clinical Nurse II in our Medical / Surgical Hospitalist unit, you will play a vital role in creating a supportive environment for patients, families, and colleagues through your compassion and active listening skills.

Position Details :

  • Department / Unit : Medical / Surgical Hospitalist - E4
  • Work Shift : Day (United States of America)
  • Salary Range : $83,200.00 - $93,184.00

Your Responsibilities :

  • Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments, conduct procedures, and document care per company policy and regulations.
  • Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
  • Assess and evaluate patient needs and responses to the care provided.
  • Apply sound nursing judgment in decision-making for patient care management.
  • Provide both primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses.
  • Administer over-the-counter and prescription medications as needed.
  • Collaborate with the nursing team to develop a comprehensive Plan of Care for every patient.
  • Guide ancillary personnel and uphold high standards of professional nursing.
