Key Responsibilities
Act as a strategic partner to manage the CSCO's time and priorities effectively
Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting materials, ensuring all logistics are handled
Coordinate travel arrangements and manage employee events, ensuring objectives and budgets are met
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience providing administrative support to executives
4+ years of experience coordinating travel logistics for executives
4+ years of calendar and expense report management experience for executives
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically PowerPoint) and Google Suite
Experience managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
