A company is looking for a Title Examiner who will be responsible for searching public records and examining titles for residential properties. Key Responsibilities Perform title examination and analyze the chain of title for residential properties Abstract and analyze records to determine ownership, legal restrictions, and verify property descriptions Prepare initial title commitment documentation and resolve issues related to title documentation Required Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent 5+ years of experience in searching and examining titles for refinance and resale transactions Experience with California title examination Strong customer service focus Proficient typing skills (55 WPM)
