Opening soon, Zion Canyon Hot Springs is an exciting new premier destination in Southern Utah, designed to provide an exceptional experience for all our guests. Featuring 32 natural hot spring pools, 16 WorldSprings-inspired pools, barrel saunas, cold dip pools, and much more, we are committed to creating a peaceful and rejuvenating sanctuary for our visitors. Zion Canyon Hot Springs will be a top-tier retreat that combines natural beauty and wellness.

Position Summary

The Guest Services / Front Desk Attendant is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to guests from the moment they arrive. This position plays a key role in the overall guest experience, handling check-ins, reservations, guest inquiries, and various front desk operations. A successful candidate will be professional, friendly, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet all guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
  • Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
  • Process reservations, changes, and cancellations using the POS / reservation system.
  • Provide information about resort amenities, services, and local attractions.
  • Handle guest questions, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and care.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system for retail or admission-related transactions.
  • Monitor guest access and wristband issuance for various amenities.
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service, front desk, or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively.
  • Comfortable using computer systems and POS software (training provided).
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail oriented.
  • Must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and evenings.
  • Must be 16 years or older to apply.
  • Must be 21 years or older to access the 21+ side of the property.
