Job Type : Full-Time

Pay : $40 – $60 per flat rate hour, with annual earning potential up to $150,000

Pay & Benefits

• Flat Rate Pay : $40–$60 per hour, with annual earning potential up to $150,000

Ford Warranty Work : Pays up to $75 per hour

Qualifications

Ford Certified Technician (Senior Master preferred)

Ford dealership experience required

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Valid driver’s license with minimal violations

Ability to commute or relocate to Granger, IA Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and maintain Ford vehicles to factory standards

Communicate repair status clearly with Service Advisors

Work with the parts department to obtain needed parts

Document all repairs performed and materials used

Follow all company safety procedures

Comply with federal, state, and local regulations regarding hazardous waste disposal Schedule

8-hour shift, full-time
