Herb Chambers CDJR of Millbury has a fantastic opportunity for a full-time customer service representative to start a long and rewarding career for the right person! This position is responsible for handling internet leads, inbound and outbound phone calls, and customer retention.

- Managing inquiries through dealership website and other online channels
- Setting customer appointments
- Follow through on customer leads
- Building relationships with clients
- Inbound and outbound calls and emails
