• Level III Systems Engineer
• to support and manage complex client environments. This senior role handles escalations, advanced troubleshooting, infrastructure projects, and multi-tenant MSP operations.

• Key Responsibilities Microsoft & Cloud Infrastructure
• Manage and troubleshoot
• Active Directory
• , Group Policy, DNS / DHCP
• Administer
• Entra ID / Azure AD
• , Conditional Access, MFA
• Office 365 / Microsoft 365 : Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune
• Lead migrations (tenant-to-tenant, Exchange → O365, hybrid identity)
• Support Windows Server environments (2016–2025)
• Networking
• Configure and troubleshoot
• firewalls, routers, and switches
• Manage VLANs, routing, site-to-site VPNs, SD-WAN
• Deploy and troubleshoot wireless networks
• Experience with platforms such as Fortinet, Cisco, and Ubiquiti is a plus
• Systems Engineering / MSP Operations
• Serve as Tier III escalation engineer for service desk
• Perform server builds, virtualization (Hyper-V / VMware), and storage management
• Implement and maintain backup / DR solutions (Veeam, Datto, Acronis, etc.)
• Manage endpoints via RMM tools (Kaseya, AutoTask, NinjaOne, Datto, Atera, etc.)
• Document configurations, network diagrams, and project work
• Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams
• Required Qualifications
• 5–10+ years MSP experience
• (multi-client environments required)
• Expert knowledge of :
• Active Directory
• Entra ID / Azure AD
• Office 365 / Microsoft 365
• Strong networking experience (firewalls, switching, VLANs, VPNs)
• Proficiency with Windows Server administration
• Experience with RMM / PSA platforms
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Preferred Skills
• PowerShell automation / scripting
• Azure, Virtual Desktop / cloud infrastructure
• Experience with M365, Entra xuwmhxw ID, Intune, Exchange and hybrid environments
• Linux troubleshooting experience is a plus
