Compensation : 135,000
Responsibilities :
- New and Current Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their financial and insurance needs are met and exceeded.
- Consultation & Customization : Assess client needs through consultations and provide personalized insurance recommendations. Educate clients on different savings, retirement, and insurance options and make policy details clear and open to clients.
- Professional Development : Participate in training programs, attend industry seminars, and work closely with senior brokers and certified trainers to gain knowledge of the brokerage business and operational processes.
- Licensing : Be willing to become licensed in a span of 7-10 days with our in-depth training program.
- Learning & Growth : Receive mentorship and training on becoming a successful financial broker. Learn about advanced sales strategies, market research, and the ins and outs of running a brokerage.
