Integrated Services creates and markets new customer products and experiences by integrating hardware, software, and services across Ford Blue, Model e, Ford Pro and Lincoln. Within Integrated Services, our Digital Product Team leads the charge on creating innovative software for our customers. Through listening to customers, research, and a deep understanding of the market, this team leads the future on how Ford can differentiate its vehicles and create experiences customers love. We are looking for passionate product professionals who will continue to help us redefine the future of mobility. In this position, every hour matters when a customer's vehicle is in the shop. Our Vehicle Care organization is driving the transformation of Ford's service experience reducing downtime, increasing transparency and powering data-driven solutions for dealers globally. As a Senior Digital Product Manager, you'll lead the development of platforms and tools that help dealers diagnose, repair and communicate faster turning service from reactive to predictive. You'll define the product strategy, roadmap and success metrics for critical experiences leveraged by thousands of Ford dealerships and service advisors every day. You'll collaborate with engineering, design, data science and business stakeholders across the globe to deliver products that directly improve dealer efficiency, and Ford's brand promise of caring for customer's time.

What you'll do...

• Define the strategic vision and roadmap for dealer facing products that enable faster diagnostics, transparent repair status and proactive service experiences.
• Translate dealer and customer needs into actionable product requirements, leading the delivery of high impact tools and platforms that track unified case management, performance metrics and SLA adherence.
• Drive experimentation, learning and continuous improvement through data driven decision making and cross functional alignment.
• Balance near term operational needs with long term platform strategy, ensuring scalability and interoperability across Ford's global service ecosystem.
• Develop strong working relationships with regional teams, understanding nuances across retail and commercial service operations, systems and products.
• Represent vehicle care service in executive and cross organizational reviews, influencing priorities and investment decisions.
