Project Management Consultant

A company is looking for a Project Management Consultant. Key Responsibilities Manage all project management areas for real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, and closeout Work with clients to prepare project scope, resource requirements, cost estimates, schedules, and risk identification Ensure project data integrity and documentation governance while directing the project delivery team Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; equivalent experience and education may be considered Preferred designations include LEED AP, PMP, and / or CCM In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset Sophisticated math skills for financial calculations
