CLA is currently seeking a Manager / Director - Partnership Capital Consulting to join our Partnership Capital Consulting practice. How you'll create opportunities in this Manager / Director - Partnership Capital Consulting role :

• Work in a team setting on complex partnership transactions, managing engagements in the establishment of IRC Section 704(b) and inside tax capital accounts, tracking and allocations of IRC 704(c) built-in gains and losses.
• Responsible for project management, quality, and development of staff members.
• Keep team and client informed of engagement progress and issues encountered.
• Keep up to date with new federal tax developments.
• Ability to scope projects and be part of the sales process.
