Salary : $106,000 - 146,000 per year

Requirements :

• Proven experience in Data Center Management
• Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale, complex infrastructure projects
• Hands-on leadership ability to motivate and guide teams
• Strong problem-solving capabilities, thriving in fast-paced environments
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with clients and stakeholders

Responsibilities :

Lead field delivery teams on significant infrastructure projects

Convert strategic directives from executive leadership into implementable delivery plans

Ensure projects are executed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted partner in delivery

Mentor and cultivate team leaders to foster a culture of accountability and collaboration

Promote continuous improvements in delivery methodologies and field execution
