Job Summary :
We want you to join our team of passionate self-starters who value the power of relationships and developing new business relationships. To become a successful teammate within our Business Development Center (BDC) and achieve our independent auto dealer acquisition goals, we must engage with our potential partners via multiple channels. You will be challenged to connect with these prospective partners by leveraging high energy verbal and written communication skills during outbound phone prospecting.
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Perform full cycle sales, prospecting new opportunities, generating leads via outbound calls and emails, generating new credit applications, and closing contracts to secure future loan volume and revenue for Kinetic Advantage
- Make 60+ dials per day to build the momentum needed to hit your sales goals
- Generate leads and close business opportunities within your assigned markets to fuel the sales pipeline
- Educate prospective clients on the value proposition of Kinetic Advantage with a focus on overcoming objections, converting prospects to leads, leads to applications, and applications to signed contracts
- Compile and review new dealer application packages and complete the new dealer sales summary form for submission to underwriting
- Meet monthly quotas of qualified leads as well as closed deals because of those leads
- Maintain a consistent follow-up process within our CRM to ensure all prospective dealer prospects and leads are visible and current within the system
- Provide excellent customer service from initial communication with dealers through application submittal, approval, activation, and onboarding
- Maintain working knowledge of the industry, competition, and current market dynamics
- Be tenacious, have an insatiable desire for growth, and a results-oriented focus to drive new business development
- Possess a scrappy mentality with a focus on overcoming objections, dominating the competition, and securing new business
- Performs all other duties as assigned
Education and Experience :
Bachelor's degree preferred3-5 years of inside sales or business development experience preferredProven ability to manage entire sales process from prospecting through closeAutomotive industry experience preferredRequired Skills / Abilities :
