Must have strong communication skills, friendly, and enjoy helping customers find solutions to their mailing / shipping needs. Reliable attendance, professional, multi-task, and perform daily tasks with minimal supervision. Provides accurate pricing, product information, and make appropriate recommendations. Prepares goods for shipment by wrapping items in insulation, place in right size shipping boxes, weighing packages, and affixing labels to parcels. Operate copying / faxing / scanning machine and other related equipment as needed. Process transactions using a POS system, handling cash, and reconciling cash drawer. Must be able to work weekends and some holidays as needed. Microsoft Office experience required. Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods. Ability to move and lift 35-50lbs. Ability to frequently bend / twist at the waist and knees.
