Job Summary
The (REMOTE) Senior Manager, HRIS is a vital position with the ever-changing technology landscape and business demands; performing research, developing reports with the HR Analyst to identify trends to drive action; informing and advising leadership on change and improvement findings, as well as devises strategies for optimal business system processes and services to ensure efficiency and increased productivity while ensuring adherence to organizational policies and objectives. The Senior Manager, HRIS, is a critical partner with other company departments providing strong system guidance, essential thinking skills, and system-impacted project management.
Essential Responsibilities
Collaborativelydefine and executethe HR technology roadmap by working closely with leaders to identify and drive forward new,innovativecapabilities fordelivering scalable, best-in-class solutions.
Buildstrategicrelationships with key business partners and stakeholders;clearly articulatesystemic needsin a tailored and impactful mannertodiverseaudiences and cross-functional partners.
Provideinsightfulresearch, analysis, and support for identifying, evaluating, andstrategically resolvinghigh-value opportunities.
Lead, inspire, and developteam members to achieve outcomes while maintaining adherence tokeypolicies and procedures.
Continuouslyenhance and expandin-depth knowledge of industry trends and standards toproactively introduce and driveprocess, tool, and methodology improvements.
Ensurecomprehensivemeasurement and quantitative understanding of end-user experiences—including pain points, opportunities for enhancement, and realized benefits.
Performin-depthroot cause analysis andtake ownership of issue resolution, driving outcomes throughcollaborative problem-solving.
Confidently take onthe role of project manager or team member on projects that require a system deliverable oraffect key business outcomes.
Actively promote the adoptionand drive the integration of best practices and behaviors acrossall relevantteams.
Ensure all safety policies and procedures arestrictly adhered to, maintaining azero-tolerance approachfor unsafe practices to ensure a safe work environment.

Non-Essential Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and manageproject plans, along with a comprehensive key stakeholder engagement strategy, across all initiatives.
Draft clear, detailedrequirements, prioritize the backlog across diverse features and applications, and work closely with multiple teams to ensure the delivery and testing ofhigh-quality software solutions.
Align with executive stakeholders, managing strategic communication and expectations with aproactive and concisecommunication style.
Collaborate with dependent product teams to ensure theend-to-end implementation processis thorough,strategic, and well-coordinated.
Identify, track, and analyzeresults to validate and refine the overall technology strategy.
Evaluate the impactof feature deployments by analyzing data to measure business benefits and uncover additional business opportunities.
Manage vendor relationshipsand assist in market / vendor evaluations toexplore expansioninto new areas.
Execute company initiatives and other activities asdirected by leadership.

Education
Bachelor's Degree Information Systems, Human Resources Management, related field, and / or equivalent experience required
Professional Experience
10+ years of experience in Information Technology and Software Management / Implementationrequired.
Strong background withproven expertisein compensation, benefits, recruiting, HR operations, budget / forecast / close processes, internal and external financial reporting, GAAP, SOX compliance, procurement, and relevant industry software and trends.
Demonstrated understandingof internal human capital, financial, accounting, and audit systems and processes.
Extensive experiencein designing, developing, and implementing platforms, APIs, and complex technical capabilities,preferably with Workday, Varicent, or other HR-related software.
Proven successin working with large, cross-functional project teams both within and outside of your domains.
