As a key member of the Hospitality Senior Leadership Team, the Maintenance Manager leads all property maintenance operations across Heavenly Hospitality, ensuring safety, asset protection, and exceptional guest experiences. This role oversees a team responsible for both condo units and common areas, requiring strategic planning, financial oversight, and strong leadership.

The expected pay range is $77,049.10 - $94,584.77 + annual bonus. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
