Job Title : Senior Family Law Paralegal

Location : Raleigh, NC 27603

Duration : Temp to hire

Salary : $65K - 70K

Job Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Paralegal with extensive expertise in family law to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years of experience, demonstrating a proven ability to manage complex cases with meticulous attention to detail and unwavering professionalism. This individual will be instrumental in supporting our attorneys and ensuring the efficient progression of client matters.

Key Responsibilities :

• Organize and maintain case files, calendars, and deadlines
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests / responses, and financial disclosures
• Prepare and analyze financial disclosures (e.g., income, assets, debts)
• Organize and summarize discovery documents (bank records, tax returns, etc.)
• Assist in preparing exhibits and evidence for hearings or trials
• Assist attorneys in hearing / trial preparation
• Coordinate with court staff, opposing counsel, and experts (e.g., custody evaluators, accountants)
