Job Requirements :
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or Health related field
8+ years of software product management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in the SaaS or healthcare industry.
Experience integrating various process and procedures into an efficient and transparent system
Demonstrated success in developing and executing product roadmaps, with a keen ability to make strategic trade-offs.
Strong analytical skills and experience leveraging data to inform strategic decisions and roadmap direction.
Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of mentoring product managers and fostering a collaborative team environment.
In-depth knowledge of user research methodologies and a history of using user insights to drive product decisions.
Experience in developing and maintaining strategic partner and customer relationships
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate the “so what” behind team investments to executive-level stakeholders.
