Job Description
Position Summary
The Senior Analyst collaborates with technical teams and software vendors to design and configure applications within the Oracle Fusion Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) module. This role supports internal and external stakeholders and requires a strong understanding of healthcare compliance and business processes.
Essential Functions
- Demonstrate working knowledge of Oracle Fusion EPM .
- Manage complex issues and work with team members to resolve support tickets.
- Design and configure software applications in partnership with technical teams or vendors.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand processes, goals, and challenges.
- Develop and execute test plans to validate functional requirements.
- Provide training and support to end-users on application functionality.
- Work with IT teams to prioritize and implement system enhancements, bug fixes, and upgrades.
- Prepare and maintain documentation including functional specifications, system configurations, user manuals, and training materials.
- Apply job-specific knowledge while expanding understanding of company processes and customers.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Education :
Bachelor's Degree required; Master's preferred in Accounting or IT-related fields.Experience :
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a shared services organization.Oracle Fusion EPM experience is required.Certifications :
Oracle Certification preferred.Skills & Abilities
