A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Originator II to manage relationships and originate real estate loan products.

Key Responsibilities

Generate business through self-sourced leads and support member leads

Establish partnerships with local organizations for education and networking opportunities

Prequalify applicants and recommend suitable loan products based on their needs

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred

3+ years of experience in Real Estate Loan Origination with a proven production history

Registration as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) with the NMLS required

Knowledge of mortgage products and underwriting systems

Familiarity with state and federal regulations related to credit unions and mortgage loans
