Caregiver Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting)Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioningOffer medication reminders per care plan (within Colorado scope of practice)Prepare simple, nutritious meals and assist with feeding if neededPerform light housekeeping duties (laundry, dishes, general tidiness)Monitor and report changes in client conditionOffer companionship and emotional supportAccompany clients to medical appointments and social outingsFollow individualized care plans created by healthcare professionalsCaregiver Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalentValid driver's license and reliable transportationClear background checkPhysical ability to assist clients with transfers and positioningAt least 1 year of caregiving experience preferredCompassionate, patient and dependableWhat Makes You a Great Fit
