California Licensed Clinical Supervisor

A company is looking for a Clinical Supervisor (Licensed Clinical Psychologist).

Key Responsibilities

Provide clinical supervision and guidance to Associate Psychotherapists

Oversee client case management and ensure adherence to clinical protocols

Establish quality assurance measures and conduct audits of clinical documentation

Required Qualifications

Master's degree or PhD / PsyD in psychology, social work, or counseling

Clinical Licensure (PhD, PsyD) required in the State of California

Proven experience in clinical supervision within a healthcare or mental health setting

Strong knowledge of clinical best practices and regulatory requirements

Prior experience leading and managing employees and teams preferred
