Facility : Kaiser Permanente Santa Rosa Mendocino

Location : 3333 Mendocino Ave., Ste. 120 / 130 / 230 / 240, Santa Rosa, CA 95403

Start Date : ASAP | Contingent Type : Classic

Shift : Monday–Friday, 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM (40 hrs / week)

Requirements :

Active California State License for Audiology

BLS Certification

Preferred :

CA Hearing Aid Dispensing License

Details :

Full-time, 13-week assignment | Standard weekly timesheets | Day shift only
