Job Responsibilities : Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and equipment Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to restore operations quickly Install, align, and test new machinery following technical specifications and safety standards Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve recurring equipment problems Maintain accurate maintenance records and support predictive maintenance initiatives Conduct quality checks, complete regulatory paperwork, and adhere to company procedures Follow OSHA, FAA, and environmental policies to ensure a safe working environment Job Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in aviation maintenance preferred. 3+ years of aircraft maintenance experience, including turbine and piston engines.
