Speech Language Pathologist

Atlas Rehab and Wellness Center is seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist to serve as the consulting SLP for two group home locations in Geneva, Ohio. This is a flexible, low-stress role perfect for a therapist who enjoys personalized care in a residential setting.

What You'll Do :

• Conduct speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing evaluations for new admissions and changes in condition
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to meet residents' communication and swallowing needs
• Provide staff education and support regarding communication strategies and safe swallowing practices
• Collaborate with caregivers, vendors, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure each resident receives the highest quality of life
• Offer expert guidance and recommendations that promote communication, independence, and comfort
