School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT)

We partner with school districts and medical facilities across the country, providing opportunities for Occupational Therapists in a variety of settings. What You'll Be Doing
- Complete in-home OT evaluations focused on ADLs, safety, mobility, and functional independence.
- Create and deliver individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and home needs.
- Provide direct OT services to improve daily living skills, strength, coordination, and cognitive functioning.
- Train patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques, equipment use, and home exercise programs.
- Recommend adaptive equipment and home modifications to improve safety and independence.
- Collaborate with the care team and document progress according to agency requirements.

What We're Looking For :
Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.Active state Occupational Therapy license in the state where services will be provided.Experience working in a home-health based settingStrong collaboration and communication skills.Ability to adapt therapy interventions to meet the needs of students in a dynamic school environment.Someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and dedicated to providing high-quality therapy support.Someone who values collaboration and student-centered services.Why Work With TSCO :
