Job Description

Manage loan documentation, ensuring all required information is accurate and complete.

Coordinate loan disbursements and repayments in compliance with internal policies and regulations.

Maintain and update loan records in the system for accuracy and audit readiness.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure seamless loan operations.

Assist in preparing reports and analyses related to loan portfolios.

Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company standards.

Provide exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders regarding loan inquiries.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Associate - Loan Operations should have :

• A background in financial services, preferably with exposure to loan operations or banking.
• Bilingual Mandarin
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage loan documentation effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using banking software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements relevant to loan processing.
