About the Role
We’re expanding our team and seeking a Help Desk Technician with proven MSP industry experience. In this role, you’ll handle inbound support requests, monitor and maintain remote client systems, and provide hands-on troubleshooting across servers, networks, and end-user environments. This position offers the best of both worlds : one collaborative day onsite with the team, and four days working from home.
