Primary Purpose : To coordinate administrative support functions.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities :

• Assigns and directs work and trains new colleagues.
• Coordinates administrative support functions and / or activities.
• Identifies and resolves problems and issues.
• Provides coordination, training and support for unit.
• Provides systems administration and / or technical support for unit specific duties.

Additional Functions and Responsibilities :

Qualifications :

Education & Licensing : Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.

Experience : Two (2) years of experience in general office administrative duties or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Skills & Knowledge :

Work Environment : When applicable and appropriate, consideration will be given to reasonable accommodations.

Mental : Clear and conceptual thinking ability; excellent judgment, troubleshooting, problem solving, analysis, and discretion; ability to handle work-related stress; ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously; and ability to meet deadlines

Physical : Computer keyboarding, travel as required

Auditory / Visual : Hearing, vision and talking
