Title : Provider Engagement Account Manager

Location : Hybrid-Georgia (Travel up to 4 days / week within Cobb, Dekalb, Fulton, or Gwinnett County)

Position Type : Full Time

Required Qualifications :

• Education : Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience : Minimum 2 years of provider engagement or account management experience within a managed care organization, IPA, or health plan
• Demonstrated experience in provider performance management, cost / utilization analysis, and value-based care models
• Must have experience in Healthcare / Managed Care
• Strong understanding of HEDIS / quality measures and medical loss ratio (MLR)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
