Job descriptionAssist in group work and activities for assigned residents Co-facilitates and assists in group counseling per program schedule Collaborates with Activity Aides and Activity Director on event planning, budgeting, and implementation Responsible for assuring patients ADLs are complete and carrying out general unit functions Professional growth and behavior Attendance at all weekly mandatory staff and in-service meetings Performance of assigned daily duties Monitoring patient safety Crisis management Non-Violent Crisis Management Carrying out interventions specified on the patient care plan Treating all patients with dignity and respect Performance of other duties as requested by supervisor Initial screening interview online. Other COVID-19 precautions and training upon admission. COVID-19 vaccination and weekly testing currently required by LA County Public Health and CDPH.
Job description
We are seeking an Activity Aide for our Special Treatment Program. Activity Aides provide social activities and support all aspects of the daily program for residents.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of a H.S. diploma with at least 1 year experience with mental health or related care providing field.
