The State Water Resources Control Board’s, Division of Financial Assistance, has an opening for an Office Technician (Typing) in the Loans and Grants Administration Section I. The position is located at 1001 I Street, 17th Floor, Sacramento, CA 95814 right in the heart of downtown next to light rail stations, other public transportation, awesome restaurants and more.
Duties : Under the supervision of the Staff Services Manager I, the Office Technician (Typing) will be responsible for clerical support to the Loans and Grants Administration Section I; preparing e-mails and letters to recipients and regional board staff; logging reimbursement claims and running reports on their status; receiving and screening correspondence; scheduling project meetings; and developing and maintaining clerical desk procedures. Salary information – CalHR salary rules allow appointment at the entrance rate (Cal. Code Regs., tit. 2, § 599.673) of a classification. For classes with alternate ranges, placement is based on education / experience.
