Job Summary :

Ally Waste is hiring for the exciting Bilingual (English / Spanish) - Waste Leveler Area Supervisor position which is a fundamental role to deliver our waste support services to the apartment communities we serve. The Waste Leveler role consists of redistributing trash flow, cleaning up around dumpsters and compactors, and maintaining detailed reports. Duties / Responsibilities :

• Provide guidance, leadership, and direction to the bulk and leveling team.
• Ensure that furniture hauling and cleaning tasks are completed to the required standards.
• Manage and replenish supplies needed for cleaning tasks.
• Using a company truck, drive to 15-20 properties daily on assigned route
• Check in, take photos, and document bulky items / furniture at each property using our proprietary app
• Sweep up around each dumpster or compactor
• Break down large boxes and ensure proper recycling practices are being followed
• Where necessary, move trash bags from one dumpster to another to eliminate overflowing trash
• Work quickly and efficiently to complete route before waste hauler arrives
