Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Skilled Nursing

32 Hours / Week | Night Shift (10 : 30 PM - 6 : 30 AM) | Tuesday to Friday | No Weekends!

    Position Details

  • Schedule : 10 : 30 PM - 6 : 30 AM, Tuesday - Friday; No Weekends!
  • Hours : 32 hours / week
  • Pay : $32.30 - $34.90 / hour
  • Differential : Evening shift + $3.00 / hour | Night Shift + $1.00 / hour | Weekends +$1.25 / hour

  • Current PA Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Strong problem-solving and independent decision-making skills
  • Compassion for and ability to work effectively with older adults
  • Commitment to safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance

    • What You'll Do

    As an LPN at Fairmount Homes, you'll play a vital role in ensuring residents receive exceptional care. Responsibilities include :

  • Administering medications and treatments per physician's orders
  • Supervising nursing assistants and ensuring accountability to policies and procedures
  • Completing accurate nursing documentation and reports
  • Making resident rounds and monitoring resident status
  • Communicating updates, incidents, and concerns to the RN Supervisor
  • Assisting with admissions, discharges, transfers, and assessments
  • Upholding safety, infection control, HIPAA, and compliance standards
