AriensCo is excited to announce an opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Safety Manager to lead our commitment to workplace safety at manufacturing site in Fayetteville, TN!

In this pivotal role, you'll design, implement, and maintain robust safety programs that not only ensure compliance but also minimize risk and inspire a strong culture of safety throughout the organization. The Day To Day...

Leadership & Culture

• Inspire and engage teams to consistently follow health and safety practices
• Set and communicate a compelling safety vision that fosters a strong safety-first culture
• Create, lead, and continuously improve the AriensCo Safety Management System
• Champion and embed a behavioral-based safety approach across all operations
• Build and mentor high-performing safety teams focused on continuous improvement
• Promote employee involvement through safety committees, recognition programs, and feedback initiatives
• Influence and educate teams on the importance of 6S and ergonomic awareness
