Hospitalist – Internal Medicine (Multiple Openings)

We are seeking Internal Medicine-trained physicians who are looking to build a long-term career in hospital medicine with opportunities for clinical excellence, education, research, and leadership. Faculty positions are full-time (1.0 FTE), non-tenure track, with academic rank commensurate with experience. Position Highlights : 7-on / 7-off schedule -Working 25 weeks of service per year Average daily census of 14 Closed ICU No call responsibilities except for 2 weeks per year under a “jeopardy system” (rare back-up coverage) Opportunities across diverse service lines : o General medicine o Oncology & malignant hematology o Perioperative medicine Pathways for growth in : o Medical education o Quality improvement o Research o Business and leadership Engaged academic environment with faculty involved in QI, education, and operational initiatives Required Qualifications : Education : MD or equivalent degree Experience : Completion of residency in Internal Medicine Licensure / Certification : Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine.
