Travel Nurse RN - Med / Surg / Telemetry - $2,762 to $2,906 per week in Burlington, MA

Facility : Lahey Hospital and Medical Center 01 / 05 / 26 to 02 / 28 / 26 8 Weeks 36 Hours / week 12H Day 07 : 00 AM - 07 : 30 PM Position Description : WINTER SUPPORT NEEDS - Travelers will not need to separate from BILH (unless perm or per diem) for any period of time to be considered for these openings. 8 week need with 02 / 28 hard end date. January starts. BILH coversheet required at time of submission. Epic experience required. Day one pass / fail testing will be administered. Relias practice tests will be available via Relias. 12H Days. NO TIME OFF WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR JAN 8 WEEK NEEDS. Every other weekend will be required. (Weekends for days - Sat and Sun, weekends for nights will be Fri, Sat, Sun). BLS-AHA required. ACLS-AHA, NIHSS preferred. Ratios will be between 1 : 3-5 and will be expected to float to ED holds, inpatient holds, PACU and other boarding units. Weekly start dates (Mondays). Floating occurs in 4 hour blocks while on shift - while floating every 4 hours is rare, it could happen. Level 1 trauma experience is preferred. If no prior travel, level 1 trauma will be required.
