Administrative Assistant

SUMMARY : The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the assigned area. This position will support managers and team members through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following :

• Support the assigned department by performing administrative services.
• Assist management with administrative tasks such as tracking and compiling information of interest.
• Prepare various reports detailing the administrative information handled by the position.
• Read and answer correspondence.
• Answer and direct phone calls.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position will have supervisory responsibility.
