We are currently initiating a search for a senior to mid-level engineer to help grow our solid waste practice in Virginia and the Mid-Atlantic. The Opportunity

Integrity is seeking a Mid-level to Senior Environmental or Civil Engineer / Solid Waste Consultant for our Richmond, VA Office. The selected candidate will help manage and lead projects in the solid waste sector involving landfill gas system design; permitting and compliance; operations, maintenance, and monitoring; renewable natural gas; solid waste and gas system construction; and construction quality assurance. Periodic travel is required based on project demands.

Responsibilities

• Managing large solid waste projects in the Mid-Atlantic
• Managing, mentoring and supervising project teams
• Develop and prepare proposals, schedules, and budgets
• Understand and implement local, state and federal rules and regulations throughout all project work
• Develop and maintain client relationships
• Coordinate tasks and scheduling effectively
• Coordinate with vendors and sub-consultants
• Preparing design plans and specifications, reports, data analysis, and compliance tasks as needed
